About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain appointments, reminders and pending-work list of the Partner.2. Follow up with clients for documents, information, payments and meetings.
3. Coordinate with office staff regarding pending work.
4. Make calls and send WhatsApp/email follow-ups.
5. Maintain a daily follow-up list and update the Partner on important matters.
6. Visit banks for submission, collection and follow-up of documents.
7. Visit clients, property offices, advocates and other offices when required.
8. Handle property-related and other documentation work.
9. Collect/submission of documents and obtain acknowledgements.
10. Follow up on assigned matters until they are completed.

Other requirements
Field visits may be required around 2–3 days per week within Delhi, Noida/Greater Noida and Gurgaon.
Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of office/coordination experience preferred.
Good spoken Hindi and basic professional English.
Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, MS Word and basic Excel.
Should be organised, responsible and good at follow-ups.
Should be comfortable travelling within Delhi NCR for office work.
Two-wheeler/driving ability is an advantage but not compulsory.
Experience in a CA/CS/law firm, bank, property office or similar professional office is preferred.
