We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Digital Marketing Senior Coordinator to support the execution of our content marketing, website, social media, email marketing, and broader digital marketing initiatives. This person will play an important role in bringing our marketing strategy to life through compelling content, ongoing website improvements, search optimization, campaign execution, and communications support.

Working closely with the broader marketing team, this person will help translate strategic priorities into high-quality deliverables across multiple channels. They should be a strong writer, an organized project manager, and a curious marketer who enjoys working across disciplines. From developing blog posts and customer stories to building landing pages, coordinating social content, and supporting email campaigns, this role offers an opportunity to contribute across the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of defined projects. They can take an initial brief, ask thoughtful discovery questions, develop a proposed approach, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished work with appropriate stakeholder alignment and approval. While the broader marketing team owns strategy across its respective areas, this person will help drive execution forward, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring fresh ideas to the team. Key Responsibilities Content Marketing & SEO - Research, write, edit, and publish approximately one blog post per week to support organic search visibility, thought leadership, and broader marketing objectives. - Conduct keyword research using tools such as Ubersuggest to inform content topics, website copy, and ongoing optimization efforts. - Apply SEO best practices and support answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) efforts to improve content discoverability across traditional search and AI-powered search experiences. - Identify opportunities to refresh, repurpose, and improve existing content based on performance, keyword research, and evolving marketing priorities. - Develop internal sales win stories, translating customer successes into concise, engaging slide presentations that help communicate value across the sales organization. - Maintain a consistent standard of quality, accuracy, voice, and messaging across digital content.
