Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur Tonk Road is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a high level of service quality. The Hotel Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with Marriott International standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining Marriott’s high standards of service, addressing guest feedback, and handling complaints effectively.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with Marriott brand guidelines.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to ensure profitability.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to ensure optimal performance and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as Marriott's corporate policies.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive occupancy, revenue, and market positioning.
• Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction scores, and maintaining Marriott’s brand reputation.
• Act as the face of the hotel, representing Fairfield by Marriott at key events and with local stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and innovative practices to continuously improve the hotel's offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations in premium hotels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and property management systems.
• Understanding of Marriott International brand standards is preferred.
