About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced account executive to join our finance and accounts team at KABA INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, GST/TDS-related activities, banking transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions in Tally.
2. Maintain and verify purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and expense entries.
3. Perform regular bank reconciliation and ensure accounting records are matched with bank statements.
4. Prepare and perform GST reconciliation, including reconciliation of purchase data with GSTR-2B and books of accounts.
5. Assist in GST return preparation and related compliance activities.
6. Perform TDS reconciliation, including reconciliation of TDS payable/receivable with books and relevant records.
7. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, including regular reconciliation of outstanding balances.
8. Prepare receivable and payable ageing reports and follow up for necessary accounting adjustments.
9. Assist in preparation of MIS reports, schedules and other financial statements as required by management.
10. Maintain proper documentation and records for GST, TDS, audits and other statutory requirements.
11. Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing required data, ledgers, reconciliations and supporting documents.
Handle MS Excel and MS Office for accounting reports, reconciliations and data analysis.
12. Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks and internal departments regarding accounting and payment-related matters.
13. Ensure timely completion of routine accounting and reconciliation activities.
