Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end contract lifecycles within sales, finance, legal, or operations environments
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to assess contract terms, pricing, and licensing structures
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Legal, and Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus preferred
• Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential
• This is a 1 year contractual role

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for renewals and new business, supporting a dedicated team of sales representatives and serving as the primary contract point of contact
• Collaborate with sales teams during pipeline reviews to advise on commercial strategy and mitigate contractual risks
• Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms with extreme attention to detail in order to support the sales team with proposals for pricing, cross-selling, and/or renewals
• Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, licensing, and client data across CRM and internal systems
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Billing, and other stakeholders on complex agreements
• Validate executed contracts to ensure readiness for order processing and compliance
• Ensure internal and external client queries are fully resolved in a timely fashion with a high level of satisfaction
