About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.2. Support employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
Update and manage employee records and HR databases.
3. Coordinate interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
4. Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and business correspondence.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
6. Perform other HR and executive support tasks as assigned.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 15 days
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,30,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,80,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,50,000 /year
