- Practical, scenario-based sales training with real-world challenges
- Focus on:
- Storytelling & Discovery
- Objection Handling & Negotiation
- Follow-up & Closing Confidence
- Personal Branding & Credibility
- Every session is 40% concept + 60% group drills, roleplays, real-time corrections
- The goal: visible improvement and repeatable results
- Lead 2-4 hour training sessions (based on modules shared in advance)
- Break down concepts in simple, relatable terms
- Guide participants through live drills, roleplays, and feedback sessions
- Spot individual blind spots and give actionable corrections
- Co-design and iterate session flows and content
- You have 2-5 years experience in B2C/B2B sales, or sales training
- You love coaching people and seeing them grow
- You understand that practice is the real teacher, not just lectures
- Youre confident, patient, empathetic, and can handle tough rooms
- Youre hungry to improve your own methods and learn ours
