Description : Role : ServiceNow Multimodule Developer (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD & CSM)Company Name : WillWare TechnologiesWork Model : Full-Time / OnsiteExperience : 4+ YearsWork Locations : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, ChennaiJob Summary :WillWare Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Multimodule Developer with strong expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM modules.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, integrations, CMDB, Discovery, and service management processes.The role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM modules.- Work on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management implementations and enhancements.- Develop workflows, automation, and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements and operational needs.- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party enterprise applications and external systems.- Configure and enhance Service Portal, Virtual Agent, catalog items, forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow development best practices.Required Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM modules.- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development.- Experience in REST API, SOAP API, and third-party integrations.- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred Candidate Profile : - 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience with enterprise-level implementation and support projects.- Ability to independently handle development, customization, integration, and support activities.- Strong understanding of service management, workflow automation, and enterprise integration processes.- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities (ref:hirist.tech)
