Engineering Manager

Lead the Engineering department of our sterile injectable manufacturing facility at GIDC Ankleshwar.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and calibration schedules across production, utility and packing equipment
- Manage plant utilities (HVAC, purified water / WFI systems, compressed air, boiler, chillers) to GMP standards
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians across shifts
- Handle equipment qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), change controls and engineering documentation
- Coordinate with Production, QA and external vendors for projects, spares and AMCs
- Drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) with 10+ years of pharma engineering experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role at a sterile/injectable plant
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, qualification and regulatory expectations (WHO-GMP/EU)
