We're hiring an Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for GridPro across an assigned territory from prospecting through renewal. This is a rare opportunity to sell a technically differentiated, category-leading product to engineers who genuinely need it, backed by a team of application and support engineers who make you look great in front of customers.

Own the full sales cycle for GridPro across assigned accounts and territories, from lead generation to closing and renewals.

Identify and qualify opportunities within target industries aerospace, turbomachinery, automotive, energy, biomedical, and chemical domains.

Conduct consultative, technically informed conversations with CFD/CAE engineers and R&D decision-makers to map their meshing and simulation challenges to GridPro's capabilities.

Coordinate software evaluations and trial engagements alongside application and support engineers.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close license and support agreements to meet and exceed quotas.

Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the HubSpot CRM, reporting progress against targets.

Represent GridPro at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical seminars to build brand presence and generate leads.

Gather market and competitive intelligence, and share customer feedback with product and marketing teams.

Must Haves

26 years of B2B sales experience selling engineering software

A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a solution-selling environment.

Comfort engaging engineers on technical topics

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English

A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a territory independently

Ability to work flexible hours for coverage of international markets

Nice to Have

Prior experience selling or applying CFD, meshing, or simulation software (e.g., exposure to tools used in aerospace, turbomachinery, or automotive CAE workflows).

An existing network within the global engineering, aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors.

Experience working with a global software vendor and channel/reseller partners.
