Job description
Role & ResponsibilitiesInnovation & Design
- Lead design of functional, cost-effective packaging systems
- Scout new materials, shapes, and dispensing technologies
- Develop prototypes matching brand identity and product requirements
- Translate consumer insights into structural packaging solutions
Sustainability & Compliance
- Execute corporate sustainable packaging roadmaps
- Decrease carbon footprint via material reduction (light-weighting).
- Ensure total compliance with global packaging waste regulations.
- Validate food-safety, migration, and environmental standards
Project Management & Execution
- Manage timelines for multiple concurrent packaging launches
- Conduct rigorous transit trials and drop tests
- Author technical specifications for structural components
- Resolve complex manufacturing line packaging defects
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Procurement to optimize material sourcing
- Align with Marketing on aesthetic and branding requirements
- Standardize filling parameters with Supply Chain teams
- Audit external packaging vendors for quality assurance
