Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut and have a genuine enthusiasm for storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Use Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other relevant tools to cut, trim, sync audio, and add transitions, effects, text, and graphics.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand video briefs and bring creative ideas to life.
• Add background music, sound effects, voiceovers, and captions/subtitles as required.
• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, formats such as Reels and Shorts, and industry techniques.
• Organize and manage video files, project assets, and versions efficiently.
• Take feedback constructively and revise edits to meet quality standards.
• Continuously learn new tools, software, and techniques relevant to video production.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Basic understanding of video formats, resolutions, and export settings.
• Strong sense of pacing, timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new software, trends, and techniques.
• Curiosity about trends, culture, social media, and content styles.
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of colour grading and colour correction.
