Business Development Associate - Bailey Road

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.
- Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and networking activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads and activities in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the negotiation process by preparing proposals and pricing for clients.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to better position the company.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales marketing or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel if necessary for client meetings and events.
