Inside Sales Specialist

Full-time

With purchase decisions being made in-store it is imperative for brands to have distribution and sales strategies that maximize their store presence and optimize their retail investments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be a member of the Inside Sales processes to generate leads and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute effective sales campaigns aligned with the sales leaders across the regions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content that supports sales efforts
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into sales strategies
  • Organize and coordinate client events to foster relationship-building and enhance product awareness
  • Utilize graphic design tools to create visually engaging and impactful sales materials
  • Working on digital sales campaigns using Sales Accelerator ZoomInfo and LinkedIn sales navigator
  • Ability to translate analytics into key insights for content creation experience in PBI & reporting

About you

You have a great eye for detail and youre punctual. You have a commercial mind and know a thing or two about marketing. You like creating clarity in chaos youre not afraid to take the initiative and you are a self-starter. The ideal candidate has experience in Inside Sales Sales Enablement or Sales Operations within a multi-national organisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors  Degree studied Marketing Business or something similar at University
  • Have  2 - 5 years of experience working in a similar position preferably in FMCG
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment
  • Knowledgeable of pre sales/ Post Sales processes
  • Experience and expertise in Excel and PBI reporting
  • Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Be punctual and demonstrate high attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Be excellent with visual designing
