Roles & Responsibilities:

• SEO & Performance-Oriented Writing: Develop SEO-optimised content in collaboration with performance and strategy teams to improve visibility, engagement, and business outcomes
• Strategic Content Development: Lead the creation of engaging and persuasive copy and scripts across platforms including digital, social media, websites, SEO content, print, and integrated campaigns.
• Campaign Conceptualization: Collaborate with strategy, design, and client servicing teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative campaign ideas aligned with client goals and brand identity.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of copy quality, consistency, accuracy, tone, and SEO best practices across all deliverables.
• Client Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for content-related discussions, working closely with clients (including international B2B clients) to understand briefs, present ideas, incorporate feedback, and manage expectations.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior writers, offering constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative, high-performing creative environment.
• Brand Voice Management: Own and maintain brand voice consistency across channels while adapting communication for different markets, audiences, and platforms.
• SEO & Performance-Oriented Writing : Develop SEO-optimised content in collaboration with performance and strategy teams to improve visibility, engagement, and business outcomes

Desired skills & experience:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong eye for detail and quality.
• Proven ability to develop compelling narratives, impactful messaging, and long-form content
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategy into creative execution.
• Hands-on experience in client coordination, presentations, and managing feedback cycles independently.
• Exposure to international and B2B clients, with an understanding of global audiences and professional tone of communication.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword integration, and writing for performance-driven content.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 34 years of proven experience in Content/Copywriting, preferably within an agency environment.
