Senior Java Developer/Technical LeadWe are looking for an experienced Java Developer/Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Design, and Solution Architecture to build and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technologist with proven experience in technical design, architecture decisions, team leadership, and mentoring. Banking/FinTech domain experience is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities :- Design, architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.- Define scalable Microservices and distributed system architectures.- Drive technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solutioning for complex business problems.- Lead development efforts while ensuring adherence to coding, security, and performance best practices.- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers and team members.- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Ensure application scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.Required Skills :- 5 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.- Strong expertise in :1. Java 8/11/172. Spring Boot & Microservices3. REST APIs4. Hibernate/JPA5. Design Patterns, OOP & SOLID Principles6. System Design & Architecture7. Distributed Systems8. SQL Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)9. Kafka/RabbitMQ10. Docker, Kubernetes11. Git and CI/CD toolsPreferred Skills :- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.- Knowledge of Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and Event-Driven Architecture.- Experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services domains.
