As Accordible expands across India, we are looking for a research-driven and performance-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who can identify the right organisations, connect with relevant decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities.

About the Role

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities for Accordibles sales team. This is not a basic telecalling or data-entry position. The person must be capable of researching target accounts, identifying the correct decision-makers, understanding their business requirements and securing meaningful meetings or next steps for the Business Development team. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of opportunities generated, meetings completed, pipeline value created and revenue influenced not merely by the number of calls made or contacts collected.

Responsibilities

• Target Account Research
• Identify high-potential organisations across Accordibles target industries and locations.
• Research company size, number of properties, operating locations, existing vendors, upcoming projects and potential service requirements.
• Build targeted account lists based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles.
• Identify buying signals such as new property openings, renovations, compliance requirements, vendor changes, expansion and service complaints.
• Maintain accurate and verified account-level information.

Decision-Maker Identification

• Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers, including:
• Chief Engineers
• Directors of Engineering
• Facility Managers
• Property Managers
• Procurement Heads
• Administration Heads
• Operations Heads
• Maintenance Heads
• EHS and Safety Heads
• Projects and MEP Heads
• Hotel General Managers
• Restaurant and QSR Operations Heads
• Verify contact information before adding any prospect to the CRM.

Multi-Channel Prospecting

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and professional networks.
• Develop customised communication based on the prospects industry, role, property and possible requirement.
• Execute structured follow-up sequences without spamming prospects.
• Test different messages, subject lines, value propositions and outreach approaches.
• Re-engage older, inactive and lost prospects when relevant.

Lead Qualification

• Qualify prospects based on
• Organisation and property fit
• Relevant service requirement
• Existing challenges or pain points
• Decision-making authority
• Current vendor arrangement
• Location and service feasibility
• Requirement timeline
• Budget availability or commercial potential
• Willingness to schedule a meeting, audit or site visit
• A lead should be handed over to the Business Development team only when there is a genuine business opportunity and a clearly agreed next step.

Meeting and Opportunity Generation

• Schedule qualified meetings, discovery calls, free audits and site visits.
• Share complete background information with the assigned salesperson before the meeting.
• Confirm meetings and improve prospect attendance rates.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for technical discussions where necessary.
• Track every opportunity until it is accepted, progressed or rejected by Sales.
• Analyse rejection reasons and continuously improve lead quality.

CRM and Reporting

• Record all accounts, contacts, conversations, follow-ups and outcomes in Zoho CRM or the companys designated platform.
• Maintain accurate lead stages, follow-up dates and activity records.
• Avoid duplicate, incomplete or unverified records.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track source-wise conversion, industry-wise response and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure complete CRM hygiene and visibility of the lead-generation pipeline.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, inside sales or business research.
• Proven experience generating qualified meetings for a B2B sales team.
• Experience reaching senior decision-makers through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Ability to independently research accounts and identify relevant stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM and prospecting platforms.
