Senior Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Analyst

Role Summary Lead functional consulting for Oracle EBS HRMS , handling end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of HR processes. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze HR business requirements Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules : Core HR Payroll SSHR (Self-Service HR) Absence Management Prepare BRD/FRD and solution design documents Work with technical team on reports, interfaces, and integrations Drive UAT, payroll runs, and go-live support Resolve complex functional and payroll-related issues Ensure statutory compliance (India payroll preferred) Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (R12) Expertise in Payroll + Core HR Experience in implementation and support projects Knowledge of HR processes & statutory compliance Basic SQL for data validation Strong stakeholder and communication skills
