About the job
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Solar Trainer to deliver high-quality training on solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The candidate will be responsible for both theoretical and practical training sessions, helping trainees develop the skills required for installation, maintenance, and operation of solar systems.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver classroom and practical training on solar PV systems2. Teach system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance
3. Demonstrate hands-on installation techniques and safety practices
4. Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals
5. Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical tests
6. Stay updated with the latest solar technologies and industry trends
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees

1. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and components
2. Hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting
3. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
4. Good communication and presentation skills
5. Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
6. Qualifications:
7. Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy
8. Experience:
9. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in the solar industry
10. Prior training or teaching experience preferred
11. Solar certification (if available)
12. Knowledge of local language (Tamil) is an added advantage
