Study Delivery Associate
Amgen
This role provides administrative and operational support to clinical trial management activities at Amgen. The Study Delivery Associate coordinates study timelines, maintains regulatory compliance, manages clinical trial systems, and supports document preparation to ensure successful trial execution.
Responsibilities
- Support study setup, trackers, dashboards, and communicate progress to Study Delivery Manager
- Maintain clinical trial systems and ensure timely, accurate data entry across platforms
- Assist with study training completion, inspection readiness, and regulatory compliance activities
- Prepare, review, and maintain study documentation including regulatory submissions and trial guides
- Coordinate investigational product logistics and biological sample management with compliance oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 4+ years clinical execution experience
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and clinical trial systems (CTMS, eTMF, EDC)
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory submissions, and essential document management
- Experience with accurate data entry and clinical trial data flow management
- Preferred: 2+ years life sciences/biopharmaceutical clinical research experience
- Preferred: Experience working on global clinical trials
