Performance Marketer (Individual Contributor) – EdTech Company: Pramyan Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–4 Years Compensation: ₹32,000/month Joining: Immediate (Candidates available to start this weekend preferred) About Pramyan Pramyan is an education platform focused on delivering personalized learning experiences for students from Grades 1–10. Through 1:1 tutoring and specialized programs in Coding, AI, Mental Maths, and Foreign Languages, we aim to enable strong conceptual understanding and long-term academic growth. Role Overview This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of performance marketing and growth initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition through a combination of paid advertising, SEO, and social media strategies, with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Manage the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion (demo bookings and enrollments) Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and inbound traffic Build and scale social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance metrics Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager Optimize campaigns for ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates Collaborate on content and creative strategies to enhance engagement and conversion Candidate Profile 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Proficiency in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads platforms Working knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-pa
