Your impact

Responsible for performing and reviewing piping stress analysis for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and review piping stress analysis using CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE .
• Analyze piping systems connected to pumps, compressors, reactors, columns, vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers.
• Prepare/review stress reports, support designs, and engineering deliverables.
• Review piping layouts, plot plans, isometrics, and interdisciplinary drawings.
• Perform nozzle load evaluations, trunnion calculations, and flange leakage checks.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, and Piping teams.
• Guide junior stress engineers and support project execution.
• Support surge analysis and slug flow studies.

Here's what you'll need

• 8–13 years of experience in Piping Stress Engineering for industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience with CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE .
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 and relevant international codes.
• Exposure to American and European standards.
• Good technical, coordination, and mentoring skills.
