Senior SAP CO Consultant

Job role : Senior - SAP COExperience : 4 to 7 yearsNotice Period : Immediately/Serving Notice period/30 daysLocation : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Noida, Kochi, TrivandrumYour Key Responsibilities :- The primary function of this position is to work as a team member in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively to the area of SAP S4 HANA CO-Cost center and profit center Accounting, COPA, Marginal Analysis, Product Costing and Material Ledger with a preferred background in the relevant industry.- The Specialist will work in the implementation of all the above modules as part of the S4HANA Finance Transformation project, ensuring seamless integration with other third-party systems.- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the manager/lead.Skills and attributes for success :- You will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements independently (Mandatory skill).- Ability to drive design workshops independently with the client (Mandatory skill).- Must be able to prepare the materials for the design workshops independently (Mandatory skill).- Must send out the Meeting Minutes of the Workshop post each workshop that he/she leads (Mandatory skill).- Follow up on the action items from the workshops.- Experience on FIORI APPS, BO-DS, BW, HANA and other reporting tools.- Prior client facing consulting experience.- SAP Finance/Controlling Certification is a plus.What we look for :- Candidate must be a qualified CA / ICWA / ICMA/ MBA Finance in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience with 3 to 7 years in CO.- Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions.- Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.- Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrade, enhancements in the below areas :1. Controlling- CO-Cost Center Accounting, CO-Profit Center Accounting and CO-Internal Orders.2. Hands on experience in CO-Profitability Analysis & Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling) and Material Ledger Actual Costing.3. CO integration with MM, SD, PP & PS.- Excellent business communication skills.- Ability to manage end-to-end SAP CO processes and functional teams.- Strong experience in product costing and cost planning.
