SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Consultant

Full-time

VE3

SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Consultant

SuccessFactors Reporting, People Analytics & Statutory Reporting

Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Consultant

Location : Pune, India (VE3 Pune office; hybrid)

Position Type : Full-time

Experience Level : 4-8 years

Working Pattern : Offshore delivery with overlap into UK business hours to align with the onshore team

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics Consultant to design and deliver the reporting and analytics solution on a large-scale SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) transformation. The programme migrates a complex UK public sector payroll and HR estate from legacy SAP ECC / SAP HCM into the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, covering approximately 65,000 employees across 17 payroll areas, multiple public sector pension schemes (LGPS, Teachers, NHS), a significant multiple-employment population, and more than 60 integration interfaces.

This role is based in VE3's Pune office as part of an onshore-offshore delivery model, working with a daily overlap into UK business hours alongside the onshore team. The role covers operational and workforce reporting across the SuccessFactors suite, the statutory and compliance reporting a UK public sector employer must produce, and the programme-level performance reporting that supports governance. The consultant will translate reporting requirements into robust, permission-aware reports and dashboards, and help the client build self-service reporting capability for the long term.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Reporting design and build . Design, build, test and document reports and dashboards across the SuccessFactors reporting toolset (Report Center - Story reports, Table and Canvas reports, and People Analytics), aligned to requirements and role-based permissions.

Reporting scope. Deliver reporting across the programme's needs, including:

◦ Operational HR and workforce reporting for EC

◦ Payroll and pension supporting reports for ECP

◦ Recruiting and onboarding reporting (RCM, ONB)

◦ Statutory and compliance reporting, including gender pay gap and audit reporting

◦ Data quality and reconciliation reporting to support migration

Statutory and compliance reporting . Build the reporting a UK public sector employer requires, ensuring accuracy, auditability and appropriate access controls over sensitive data.

Analytics and dashboards . Design People Analytics dashboards and, where relevant, support the programme KPI dashboard drawing on operational data sources.

Security-aware design . Design all reporting in line with role-based permissions and data protection obligations, so that users only see the data they are entitled to see.

Migration support . Provide data quality, reconciliation and validation reporting to support the data migration and parallel payroll run activities.

Testing and hypercare . Test reporting outputs, support UAT, and provide hypercare through go-live, resolving defects within agreed service levels.

Enablement and handover . Build self-service reporting capability with the client's SAP Centre of Excellence team, and produce report catalogues and knowledge-transfer materials.

Onshore-offshore collaboration . Work closely with the onshore UK-based functional, technical and programme leads, maintaining a daily overlap with UK business hours throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with the SuccessFactors reporting toolset: Report Center, Story reports, Table and Canvas reports, and People Analytics.

• Solid understanding of the SuccessFactors data model across EC and, ideally, ECP, and how reporting interacts with role-based permissions.

• Data quality and reconciliation reporting in support of migration and payroll assurance.

• Working knowledge of the UK HR / payroll domain the programme serves, including statutory reporting such as gender pay gap.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and structured delivery.
