Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead .NET with 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies.This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and the ability to mentor development teams while ensuring engineering excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.The ideal candidate will drive technical strategy, establish best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.- Define application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices across development teams.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, fostering continuous learning and engineering excellence.- Review solution designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.- Drive architectural discussions and recommend appropriate design patterns, frameworks, and technologies.- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Product Owners, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.- Support release planning, production deployments, and resolution of complex technical issues.- Promote continuous improvement through automation, performance optimization, and adoption of modern development practices.Required Skills :- 8+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework.- Strong expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and enterprise backend applications.- Extensive knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented design.- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework for data access and API development.- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, API Gateways, and service orchestration.- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.- Experience leading technical design discussions and making architectural decisions.- Strong knowledge of application performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.We Are Not Looking For Someone Who :- Never worked with clients directly.- Is not willing to work from the office.About OSI Digital :OSI Digital was founded in 1993, in California and now has offices in the US, Canada, India, Philippines, Dubai, and Australia.Our client base ranges from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, including Barnes & Noble College, Hyundai, Toyota, Gilead, Allergan, Yamaha, Gap, and Skechers.OSI Digital has developed strong partner alliances with leading technology providers such as Salesforce, Boomi, Tableau, Oracle, Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services.
