About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive operations associate to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will work closely with the operations manager to streamline daily business processes, manage critical client documentation, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. This is a full-time opportunity that offers immense exposure to core operations within the business management field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations management: Oversee day-to-day operational tasks including employee attendance management, tracking timesheets, and organizing team schedules.
2. Client data & documentation: Maintain, update, and manage sensitive client data. Track and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of necessary documentation.
3. Managerial support: Work closely with the Operations Manager to execute daily workflows, generate reports, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
4. Invoice handling: Assist with basic accounting tasks and handle the end-to-end processing, verification, and tracking of invoices.
5. Client communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients regarding operational data and documentation, ensuring professional and clear communication.

A. Required skills & competencies:

1. Excel skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting (functions, formulas, and data organization).

2. Good communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with both internal managers and external clients.

3. Organizational skills: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time-sensitive documentation.

B. Qualifications & requirements:

1. Education: Graduate degree in commerce (BCom/BSc/BA) or a standard

graduation degree with understanding of mathematics.

2. Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Noida, Sector 63.
