About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field surveys and lead door-to-door outreach in slum communities to identify beneficiaries and strengthen community engagement.
2. Plan, organize, and execute educational, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities at learning centers and partner schools.
3. Maintain and regularly update detailed profiles and progress records for each child enrolled in ImpAct.
4. Act as a translator and cultural liaison for international volunteers during sessions and activities.
5. Collect qualitative and quantitative data, including stories, case studies, and impact metrics, for reporting and communication purposes.
6. Manage operational logistics, including attendance tracking, inventory, and expense records.
7. Capture high-quality photographs and document events, sessions, and field activities.
8. Collaborate with the fundraising team to support CSR initiatives, events, and meetings with potential partners.
9. Coordinate regularly with teachers, beneficiaries, and community stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
10. Prepare and submit timely reports on project activities, progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all program-related activities and processes.
12. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision.
13. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities based on program needs.
14. Share daily task updates and accomplishments with the team to ensure transparency and alignment.
15. Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
16. Plan and execute community events such as workshops, awareness drives, and health camps.

4. Demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and other organizational activities.

5. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively in a team environment, and adapt to changing project needs.

6. Have experience in social or community development projects, which is preferred.

7. Hold a bachelor's degree in social work, project management, or a related field, which is preferred.
