About the job

Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
2. Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
3. Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar.
4. Research industry trends, competitors, audience interests, and relevant topics to identify content opportunities.
5. Collaborate with designers, video editors, performance marketers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
6. Develop content for brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and customer conversion.
7. Support the creation of Reels, short-form videos, carousels, campaigns, and other social media formats.
8. Monitor content performance using relevant analytics tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Track metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, leads, conversions, and content ROI.
10. Repurpose existing content across multiple platforms and formats.
11. Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, algorithms, marketing tools, and AI-powered content creation tools.

Required Skills :
1. Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
4. Knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts.
5. Ability to research and create audience-focused content.
6. Strong creativity and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple content projects.
8. Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
9. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance.
