Role Overview: Turing is looking for experienced Accounting Professionals to partner with our AI researchers in improving model performance on accounting workflows. We are seeking experts with strong backgrounds in Accounting, FP&A, Auditing, or Corporate Finance to help design benchmarks and evaluate model reliability on financial tasks. If you have deep knowledge of accounting practices and an eye for detail, this is a chance to apply your expertise in shaping next-generation AI systems. What does day-to-day look like: Assess AI models on tasks such as financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance checks, and audit reviews. Develop evaluation rubrics to measure accuracy and reliability across accounting workflows. Collaborate with AI researchers and other domain experts to strengthen model assessment standards. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Auditing, or Financial Consulting. Responsibilities: Active QuickBooks user Evaluate AI responses to SMB and accounting related questions Score responses across correctness, completeness, relevance, and reasoning dimensions Identify when answers are indirect, missing assumptions, or improperly structured Detect cases where clarifying questions are required Apply structured evaluation guidelines consistently Participate in calibration sessions a
