About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
3. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
4. Resolve client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
6. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and client reports.
7. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's services.
8. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM databases.
9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and business growth.

5. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-centric approach.
