About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Claims Handling: Efficiently register, assess, and process motor claims, ensuring timely resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to verify claim details, establish liability, and work closely with surveyors to gather all relevant information.
3. Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for policyholders, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their claims.
4. Settlement Negotiation: Evaluate repair estimates, negotiate settlements, and advocate for fair outcomes for both the company and the policyholder.
5. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering, Business, Insurance, or a related field.

3. Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
