We're hiring for one of our clientsa purpose-driven organization working at the intersection of well-being, education, and transformational learning.

We are looking for a Data & MarTech Analyst who can turn data into insights, insights into action, and systems into smarter growth.

What You'll Do

• Analyse the lead-to-enrollment funnel across acquisition, GaCB, demos, CTWA, GSS and teacher conversion
• Identify funnel drop-offs, lead quality issues, conversion gaps and opportunities
• Analyse campaign, channel, geography, segment and cohort performance
• Build and maintain Power Bl dashboards for marketing, funnel, GaCB, demos, GSS, teachers and revenue
• Develop reliable data models, measures and KPI definitions and automate recurring reports
• Build and maintain data connectors using APls, exports and other methods
• Integrate data from Slixta, Meta, Google, GA4, AlSensy, Zoom, call-centre systems and other platforms
• Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, analysis and automation
• Support CRM configuration, lead routing, workflows, data structures and reporting
• Improve lead allocation, deduplication, tracking and data quality
• Support integrations between CRM, marketing platforms and other systems
• Support data and measurement needs for new initiatives including new funnels, Al-assisted lead engagement, lead scoring, new channels and marketing automation
• Answer business questions using data and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Must Have

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in analytics, Bl, growth analytics, marketing analytics, revenue operations or a similar role
• Strong Power BI skills, including data modelling and DAX
• Good working knowledge of Python, particularly pandas and data manipulation
• Good SQL skills
• Understanding of APIs, JSON and data integration
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics and attribution
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation concepts

Good to Have

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and GA4
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Zoho or similar
• Experience with WhatsApp / AlSensy or similar platforms
• Experience with ETL / data pipelines or cloud databases
• Experience with lead scoring, automation or Al-enabled marketing
