The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The Trainer will play a key role in improving employee performance, engagement, and overall organizational success.

Requirements

Detailed Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  
• Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.

• Requirements and Skills:
  
• Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role in any industry 
  
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of various skill levels.
