If you're interested in utilizing JAMstack and AI for development, content, and tooling, Roboto Studio is the ideal place for you. Role Description This is a full-time, fully remote role. As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of server-side logic, database management, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Your daily tasks will include implementing APIs, managing data storage solutions, collaborating with front-end developers, and integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic. What we are looking for Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Experience with Front-End Development and general Programming skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with database management and meta frameworks (we only use Next.js) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with AI-powered tools and JAMstack is a plus Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability (caching, load balancing, monitoring) Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (Salesforce, CRM, analytics, marketing automation tools) Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions. Bonus Points Lots of experience with Next.js Familiarity with frontend, but not a requirement Knowledge of event-driven architectures and serverless patterns C
