Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Founder's Office Associate. The role involves supporting the Founder in daily operations, strategic planning, and decision-making processes. Responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing business opportunities, creating reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring key performance metrics, and assisting in cross-functional initiatives. Additionally, the role may require managing special projects and ensuring effective communication between the Founder and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to conduct detailed research and analysis Proven expertise in project coordination, strategic planning, and report preparation Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Proficiency in creating professional presentations and delivering insights clearly Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
