Amdocs Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are voluntary driven and it is part of the organization culture then compliance requirement. TheCSR Professional should be having interest and experience in facilitating Volunteering initiatives with multiple stakeholders involvement/impacting inside and outside Amdocs. Should possess strong Project Management Facilitation Large Group Corporate Communication Fund and Vendors Management Building and rolling our new initiatives from Idea to Impact and Real Time Data Management & Reporting. You are most likely if you have skills mentioned in this para the position is open for people from Corporate CSR experience or NGOs experience working on larger employees engagement programs across the company. You will be part of a team with certain number of Units assigned to roll out annually planned and new/innovative CSR programs across the year.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide volunteers with volunteering opportunities in an around the location/NGO Partners/Schools in consultation with CSR Team member and Unit CSR focal.
- Conduct project needs assessment and develop problem tree analysis for each project with Logical Framework Matrix.
- Develop project execution framework and micro planning for project including multiple stages.
- Call for meeting with CSR Volunteers/Leaders and Convey the meeting as per the agenda.
- Initiate project implementation process independently and with internal and external teams.
- Regularly provide progress reports to various stakeholders in the prescribed reporting formats.
- Take project execution responsibility with timely deliverables budget and team building.
- This is fulltime and permanent position and will be governed as per Amdocs policies.
Educational Qualification Skills and Attributes:
- Fulltime program of MSW/ MA in Social Studies/ Social Entrepreneurship or others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good understanding of project planning & management execution budgeting and adherence to timelines.
- Awareness on project needs assessment tools techniques and strategies adherence to timeliness agile with high energy focused people friendly and analytical.
- Ready to work on any community development projects based on the organization needs and objectives.
Experience Required
- Background in working with Social Development project of large Corporate or Non-Government Organization.
- 3 to 7 years of experience with exceptional track record of achieving higher and quality results project to project and year on year in whichever project you teamed/lead/anchored.
What will your job look like
- Build and supervise holistic (E2E) program/project plan covering all aspects of the program - including deployment give and get etc.
- Ensure that the project is planned accurately that the owner of each task is identified accurately and that work is executed and aligned with the charter in order to meet the critical metrics and planned results.
- Provide an integrative view and analysis of the various project aspects within the program to enable better decisions making. Ensures that information is captured and disseminated to all partners.
- Supervise and highlight trends and raise areas of concern regarding possible deviations from project and program plans.
- Support program and project governance - perform project audits and reviews and extract lessons-learned.
- Prepare risk management reports and statuses perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develops appropriate contingency plans.
- Deploy effective and auditable methods for those areas under the Project Management Offices responsibility and Implement project management tools and standard methodologies.
