ServiceNow Technical Lead - ITSM/ITOM Frameworks

Role Overview :As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will serve as the primary architect and technical authority for our enterprise service management ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, product owners, and global delivery teams, you will translate high-level business requirements into scalable, robust technical configurations. Your work will directly impact the end-user experience by automating workflows and ensuring the stability and performance of our platform, ultimately driving digital transformation and organizational productivity.Key Responsibilities :- Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules, to ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise infrastructure.- Lead technical design workshops with stakeholders to define functional requirements and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.- Oversee the development lifecycle, including scripting, configuration, and custom application development, to maintain high standards of code quality and platform performance.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting complex system issues to minimize downtime.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize platform usage, ensuring that automated workflows deliver measurable improvements in service delivery and user satisfaction.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex ServiceNow modules with a deep understanding of the platforms underlying architecture and data models.- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment between business needs and technical execution.- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions that adapt to evolving organizational requirements.- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality while managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously.- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to continuous learning and platform certification.
