About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
2. Understand client requirements and identify relevant services.
3. Explain and pitch Verdicto's services to potential clients.
4. Handle basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
6. Nurture leads and assist in converting prospects into clients.
7. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
8. Update lead status in CRM or tracking systems.
9. Assist in preparing and sharing quotations/proposals.
10. Coordinate with internal teams during client onboarding.
11. Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
12. Support the business development team in achieving sales objectives.
