Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
As our Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind finding the best candidates to help us grow. Your mission is to use your Indeed magic to find those hidden gems and connect them with the perfect roles within our company. You will also work with Hiring Managers to discuss the needs and wants of their new team members.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Craft irresistible job postings on your Indeed Employer account that attract top talent.
- Make sure the jobs are active and receiving candidates.
- Export the candidates at the end of each work shift and send the CSV lists.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Must-Have: You must have an active Indeed Employer account for posting jobs. No exceptions!
- Experience with Indeed and a strong understanding of how to find the best candidates.
- Super-Organized: Able to keep track of multiple candidates and projects with ease.
- Team Player: Happy to work with others and build great relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative.
