Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database systems for scalable web and mobile applications.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend technologies, database design, API development, and cloud-based application architecture.The candidate will collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps teams, product managers, and QA teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and reliable applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices for web/mobile applications.- Develop server-side business logic and integrate with frontend applications.- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.- Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness of applications.- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following coding standards.- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication, and external services.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend and production issues.- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders.- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.- Implement security best practices, logging, monitoring, and error handling.- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management.Required Skills :Strong experience in backend programming languages such as :1. Java/Spring Boot2. Node.js/Express.js3. Python/Django/Flask/FastAPI4. .NET/C# (based on project requirement)- Experience in REST API development and API integration.- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.Strong understanding of databases :1. SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server2. NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra- Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.- Understanding of message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms like JWT, OAuth, SSO.- Experience with caching mechanisms and performance optimization (ref:hirist.tech)
