Role : Technical ArchitectLocation : Bangalore - Experience : 11+ Years - Qualification : BE/BTechAbout the Company : Large Financial Services firm with Pan India presence and Private Equity FundedRole Highlights : - Hands-on experience working on Technologies - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), caching, and performance tuning.- Experience in leading the architectural design and technology roadmap- Strong experience in software architecture and enterprise application development- Provide architectural governance, code quality oversight, and best practices for solution development and deployment.Key Responsibilities :- Design and document robust application architectures that support high-concurrency environments to ensure seamless user experiences during peak traffic.- Lead the migration of monolithic systems into sophisticated microservices architectures to improve system maintainability and deployment velocity.- Define data persistence strategies by selecting and optimizing the right mix of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies to meet specific latency and consistency requirements.- Mentor senior engineering teams through code reviews and architectural guidance to elevate the overall quality and security of our codebase.- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to implement automated CI/CD pipelines and observability frameworks that minimize downtime and operational overhead.- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to provide actionable recommendations that keep our technical stack competitive and efficient.Ideal Candidate : - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 11+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.
