Key Responsibilities:* Business Development: Identify and develop new customers across personal care, home care, fine fragrance, perfume brands, agarbatti, dhoop, bakhoor, tobacco, pan masala, air freshener, diffuser, FMCG and allied manufacturing segments.* Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate new leads, arrange meetings, understand customer needs, submit suitable fragrance solutions and convert prospects into active customers.* Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as the main link between the customer and the company for samples, pricing, orders and commercial follow-up.* Sales Growth and Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by increasing business from existing accounts and opening new accounts in the assigned region.* Customer Requirement Understanding: Understand the customer's application, product category, price expectation and olfactive requirement, and coordinate with perfumery, R&D;, sampling and production teams to ensure accurate submissions.* Sample Follow-Up: Actively follow up on samples and submissions, track feedback, coordinate modifications and work towards converting approved samples into regular orders.* Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing trends, customer feedback, upcoming product launches and new category opportunities in the assigned region.* Internal Coordination: Work closely with perfumery/R&D;, sampling, production, dispatch, accounts, logistics and management to ensure smooth execution from enquiry to dispatch.* Payment and Commercial Follow-Up: Support timely payment collection, monitor outstanding payments and negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines. Candidate Profile:* Experience: 5 to 10 years of B2B sales experience.* Industry Preference: Experience in fragrance, flavours, aroma chemicals, personal care, home care, FMCG ingredients, cosmetics raw materials, chemicals, packaging, tobacco/pan masala ingredients, agarbatti/incense or allied industries will be preferred.
