???? What You'll Do:

• Review and organize validated contact lists from our internal prospecting team.
• Craft personalized outreach emails and call scripts based on client tech stack and market insights.
• Coordinate outreach with our marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
• Use a multichannel approach: email, voicemail, LinkedIn, and meeting invites.
• Track all activity and progress in JobDiva CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads and schedule meetings for the U.S.-based Client Engagement Manager.
• Collaborate across teams to turn connections into high-value opportunities.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in sales outreach , lead generation , or inside sales —preferably in staffing or IT services .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRMs like JobDiva and platforms like LinkedIn .
• Self-starter with excellent multitasking and documentation skills.
• Adaptable and proactive team player with a results-first mindset.
