Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and post-sales support
3. Process returns and exchanges, resolving any issues that may arise
4. Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions
5. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement
6. Utilize MS Office tools to create reports and analyze data for customer service trends
7.
