Accounts Receivable Executive

Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently, verifying all details including pricing, product information, and approvals.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Create and manage sales orders within ERP/CRM systems, track their status, and follow up with customers for confirmations and documentation.
- Monitor pending orders and proactively resolve any order-related issues.
- Prepare comprehensive order processing reports and maintain meticulous records.
- Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and handle employee reimbursements.
- Assist actively with monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of all financial records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents.
- Collect cheques from banks/post offices and dispatch financial documents as required.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and general Finance processes.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Prior experience with ERP/CRM systems is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
