About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Coordination: Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and ensure requirements, feedback and approvals are communicated clearly.
2. Project Coordination: Plan, track and coordinate multiple creative projects from briefing to final delivery.
3. Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, video editors, marketers and other team members to ensure timely execution.
4. Brief Management: Convert client requirements and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team.
5. Timeline & Deadline Management: Maintain project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
6. Quality Control: Conduct an initial check of all deliverables for accuracy, completeness, brand consistency and basic quality before client submission.
7. Client Follow-ups: Proactively follow up on pending approvals, information, assets and feedback.
8. Problem-Solving: Identify project bottlenecks early and coordinate with the relevant team member to resolve them.
9. Reporting: Maintain regular project status updates, trackers and reports for the Founder and Marketing Director.
10. Opportunity Identification: Identify client requirements, upcoming campaigns, upselling opportunities or potential concerns and escalate them to the Founder/Marketing Director.
11. Process & Documentation: Maintain client records, project trackers, briefs, approvals and SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
12. Internal Accountability: Ensure every task has a clear owner, priority and deadline, and follow up until completion.
