HR Executive

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Support payroll by providing accurate employee data
• Organize employee engagement activities and events
• Address employee queries and provide HR support
• Assist in implementing HR policies and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Maintain confidential employee records
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment dashboards
• Coordinate with vendors and external agencies when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and HR operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ATS and job portals is preferred
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience in the Animation, VFX, Gaming, Media, or IT industries is preferred
