About the job
We are looking for a CRM Intern who is enthusiastic about customer interaction, sales, and e-commerce. You will work closely with the team to engage with customers, recover abandoned carts, follow up with leads, and improve conversions.
Key responsibilities: 1. Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, or chat for abandoned-cart recovery.2. Understand customer concerns and assist them in completing purchases.
3. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
4. Follow up with warm leads and support sales conversions.
5. Handle customer queries professionally and provide a positive experience.
6. Maintain customer interaction and follow-up records in the CRM.
7. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve customer engagement and conversion.
