Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Computer Operator to join our esteemed clients team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing document creation, data organization, and basic troubleshooting while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and format letters, reports, and documents efficiently.
- Maintain and organize accurate physical and digital files.
- Scan, upload, and manage documents systematically.
- Assist with online and offline applications as required.
- Type accurately in both English and Hindi .
- Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel) for document creation and editing.
- Troubleshoot basic computer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications and Requirements
- DCA/PGDCA/COPA or an equivalent qualification.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi typing .
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel) .
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills .
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
