* Architectural PL: raised floor systems, hot/cold aisle containment layouts,
equipment room planning, cable pathway coordination, structural loading
considerations for heavy MEP equipment
* Ability to interpret Client's design intent documents and translate them
into actionable work packages
* Understanding of how the three disciplines interact in a data center (power
feeds to cooling units, structural support for electrical gear, architectural
clearances per NEC)BIM Competency * Proficient in Revit workflows for their discipline; able to QC models andidentify errors
* Experience with Navisworks for interdisciplinary coordination and clash
detection
* Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirementsProject Management * Strong estimation skills: ability to validate hours-per-deliverable estimatesfrom DLs
* Experience with earned value management or equivalent progress tracking
methods
* Proficient in MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools

* Track record of delivering projects within ±5% of budgetCommunication * Fluent English (written and spoken); comfortable in client-facing calls withUS engineers
* Ability to write clear scope narratives, change order justifications, and
